Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use keptgrounds.com (the "Site"), run by Kept Grounds, a trade name of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], Washington ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. Who the Site is for

The Site is for businesses, real estate investors, property managers and owners of rental and short-term rental properties who want grounds maintenance for those properties in our service areas. You must be at least 18 and authorized to ask for services for the properties you submit.

2. Prices and proposals

  • Online prices are estimates. When you submit addresses through "Price online," we measure the properties using satellite and map imagery and send you a proposal. Imagery can be outdated or unclear, so a proposal may change after we see the property in person, before you sign.
  • A proposal isn't a contract. Service starts only when you sign a Service Agreement (or accept one in writing, by text or email confirmation).
  • Proposals are valid for [30] days unless they say otherwise.
  • Prices are plus applicable sales tax.

3. Walkthroughs

Walkthroughs are free and don't obligate you to anything. By scheduling one, you confirm that we may walk the outside areas of the property to measure and take photos. If someone else controls access, please make sure we're allowed to be there. We won't enter buildings.

4. Information you give us

Please give accurate addresses and contact details, and only submit properties you own or manage, or have permission to ask about.

5. Texts and calls

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree that Kept Grounds may text and call you about your request and our services: proposals, scheduling, visit reports and photos, and account messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of buying anything. 6. Our content

The Site's text, illustrations and design belong to us. You may view and share the pages, but please don't copy them for commercial use.

7. No warranties on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is." Promises about our work are the ones in your signed Service Agreement.

8. Limit of liability for the Site

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the Site. Our total liability related to the Site is limited to $100. This doesn't limit anything in a signed Service Agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law

Washington State law applies. Disputes go to the courts of [COUNTY] County, Washington.
